Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beautiful Fragrance! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges on most items.

 

What can be returned:

 

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 5 days of purchase.

Items that are damaged or incorrect can be returned at any time.

What cannot be returned:

 

Opened items (except for damaged or incorrect items).

Items returned after 10 days of purchase.

Items on sale or clearance.

Return Process:

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at shop@beautifulfragrances.co.za within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN slip.

Ship the return to the address provided on the RAN slip.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds:

 

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions above, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Shipping charges for the original order will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or fragrance, please follow the return process above and indicate your desired exchange on the RAN slip.

Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.
